Type Locality and Naming
The type section is located at Naza, about 50 km south of Lungmu Co, Ngari, Tibet. It was named by Guo Tieying and Liang Dingyi in 1991.

Sandstone, Black Claystone and Volcanics. Black-gray to brown-yellow metamorphic sandstone, black slate and black siliceous limestone, intercalated with basic volcanic rock
